When I try to withdraw my money like I used to do, I had a notification that my crypto and tip permission has been suspended. When I'm reaching out to the support, they told me to do a Advanced KYC Verification. After some pictures, I got a notif that I have reached maximum number of submission attempts. And then after texting the supporters again, they told me to send an email to
[email protected] to withdraw my remaining funds. I have done all the step they required me but the respond on
[email protected] was I was unable to KYC, etc,... without mentioning about a way for me to withdraw. What should I do ?
